Spacious and tidy hotel, location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect close enough to Near to airport as well as the Zodiac restaurant. Well-maintained and updated room, the bed was comfy. The bathroom was fairly clean with bathtubs. Tbh, had a really lovely stay for 2 nights on a business trip...

This place has a great location, just a short walk to the airport and World Trade Park, making it convenient for visitors.

Probably the worst hotel I have stayed at, they did not have our airport drop there in time so we almost missed the flight. We rented a car through hotel the driver disapeared for one hour so we had to wait but was still charged extra time + there was some additional fee of 20% which was not mentioned when booking. The staff hardly speaks english, the internet did not work. It was a might mare to be honest.

The hotel was comfortable and neat with consistently courteous staff at the reception desk. Our room was updated and modern, it had feather pillows. We enjoyed sleeping 1 night in this venue.

The location near a beautiful park was fantastic, the room was clean with a balcony, and the breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced.

The location was good and lovely

It was close to Asia's biggest circle park, World Trade Park, and Clarion Bella Casa. I was offered a satisfactory breakfast at the same rate

Nothing could have been better.

The food was superb and plentiful - every guest appreciated it! It was a hit! the staff was also fantastic, with Mr Ghosh and his team providing exceptional support throughout our stay. Finally, the location was immaculate, with great views and easy access to all the local hotspots.

The gym was a bit of a letdown. the equipment was old and in desperate need of an upgrade.

Lovely handicrafts shop. Sweet staff. Nice restaurant with live band. Comfortable large rooms.

The hotel offered exclusive amenities that truly embodied luxury. From the private facilities to the excellent restaurant and bar/lounge area, this hotel was impeccable. the swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing dip after a day of sightseeing. the staff was attentive and the service was top-notch.

Our only minor issue was the slow room service.
